Devendra Raut : Chairman of the board.

Devendra is the chief promoter of neorithm. As the chairman of the board, Devendra is the driving force behind the long term vision and goals of the organization.Devendra is well known in the international IT community and has been a significant contributor to the development of internet technologies. An influential speaker, he strongly advocates the balance of work and life, and constantly seeks new ways to improve them.

Devendra is a successful entrepreneur who was the driving force behind TiMetra Networks (which has been acquired by Alcatel Lucent). He presently is the Director of the Routing division at Alcatel Lucent, where he oversees development of the next generation networking products. Devendra has a strong research orientation, a fact which is highlighted by the 5 patents he holds in networking and communication.

Having over 15 years of experience in high technology research and management, Devendra has worked with IT Giants like I-Flex Solutions, India(currently Oracle Financial Services) and Alcatel Lucent, US. To share his wealth of experience and expertise and to develop quality software products, Devendra has seeded InspireBridge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Nagpur, India. He is also the founder and promoter of Nuva College of Engineering, Nagpur.

Devendra firmly believes in software solutions to have robust architecture and algorithms. A perfectionist by nature, he enjoys motivating young engineers to outperform themselves in work and in life. Devendra is an alumni of the prestigious BITS, Pilani, one of the top engineering institutions in India, as well as the University of Massachusetts, USA, where he completed his Masters in Science. He was among the merit rank holders in Nagpur Board during his undergraduate years.

Sarang Raut : Vice Chairman.

Sarang is one of the founders of neorithm and is the chief promoter of the organization. He strongly believes in nurturing human relationships and expanding business networking. His philosophy and vision is that "Profit is a natural outcome of every organization. If we value and expand our business network, things will fall in place accordingly�. Sarang is a young, hardworking and dynamic individual and is well known of his ever helpful nature and his convictions for many social causes.

When it comes to software solutions, Sarang is very particular about providing aesthetic, intuitive and user friendly applications to ensure optimum productivity.

Sarang is also one of the founders and a director of Nuva College of Engineering, Nagpur (www.nuvaedu.com ), founder and Managing Director of Nuva Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur ( www.nuvainfrastructure.com), the founder and director of Inspirebridge Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur ( www.inspirebridge.com), the director of Shri Atharva Builders, Nagpur and Shri Vitthal Developers, Nagpur.

Apart from this, he is the Secretary of Sarvasiddhanta Education Society, Nagpur.

Nandkumar Aradhye : Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.

Nandkumar Aradhye (fondly called as Nandu by his friends and colleagues) is one of the founders of neorithm. As the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, he plays a key role in defining the company vision and strategy. His major contribution is in the life-cycle management of the Project / Product development.

Previously Nandu served as Chief Operating Officer where his responsibilities included management of product and project delivery, Setting up of QA Process and managing investor relations. His focus was on delivering quality software in record time using quality assurance best practices and cutting edge technology.

Among his previous roles, he has also served as a Project Manager at Infrasoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He was responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of information systems for clients in Banking & Finance Industry in India and abroad. In his diverse experience of 15 years in software technology and management, he has played all the roles from hands on programming to project management to managing software delivery. He was responsible for successful delivery of a Retail Banking Product and also was one of the pioneers in delivering a a Core Banking Product.

Nandu is a strong believer of using application development frameworks for software development. He sees himself as a social entrepreneur who believes that through this company, he would be able to mentor future leaders in this industry.

Born on August 17, 1971 at Mumbai, Maharashtra, Nandu has successfully completed his MBA with a specialization in IT from Institute For Technology and Management.

Vipin Ravindran : Director and Chief Technology Officer

Vipin Ravindran heads the Technology team for neorithm. Vipin comes from a core technical background. Right from his early freelancing days, to recent work as a technology architect to a core banking product, he has been involved with a lot of technologies and development platforms. With 7 years of experience in solution architecture, he is often consulted on enterprise solutions by customers. His work has been primarily on building modular framework solutions targeted towards financial solutions.

Vipin is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and is himself a proficient programmer in multiple application programming languages and platforms. He is keenly interested in high performance business intelligence and data visualization technologies.

Sachin Shinde : Vice President, Consulting Services

Sachin Shinde heads the IT Consultancy and deployment practice for neorithm. Sachin brings in his invaluable experience in managing technical support for multiple customers and always ensuring a smooth and satisfactory relationship. A highly skilled database expert, Sachin in his previous role has lead a team of database administrators responsible for design, installation, performance tuning and maintenance of large enterprises.

Sachin is a Computer Engineering graduate. Having worked at Infrasoft Technologies and Infosys as a technical architect, Sachin has been spearheading technology decisions for internal teams as well as for customers in the financial domain for over 8 years.
